1. Fair Trade Education
  - Conducted education for internal employees
    * Held Fairness and Ethics Meetings for employees, led by the Head of Corporate Audit 
      Department (5 sessions, 37 participants in total)
    * Conducted mandatory online fair trade education(5.26.~6.19.)
    * Delivered monthly fair trade education : newsletters, elevator screens, and lobby video
      content
    * Conducted monthly employee participation activities related to fair trade: fair trade
      quiz events
    * Provided fair trade education during the 2026 EHP supplier meetings (3 sessions, 
      4.10.~4.22.)
    * Attended the 2026 Fair Trade CP Rating Evaluation Benchmarking Workshop (1.27.)
    * Launched the Fair Trade AI Assistant, Alpha (1.8.)
    * Conducted CP benchmarking education for Samcheok Blue Power, a group affiliate (5.27.)
  - Education for CP operation staff
    * Attended pre-briefing session for CP rating evaluation hosted by the Korea Fair Trade 
      Mediation Agency (2.24.)  
    * Attended the CP Symposium hosted by the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency (6.16.)
    * Attended practical training on drafting subcontract agreements and payment linkage hosted
      by the Korea Fair Competition Federation (2.6.)
    * Attended in-depth comparative seminar on the Mutual Growth Cooperation Act and the  
      Subcontracting Act hosted by the Korea Fair Competition Federation (3.12.)
○ CP-Related Audits and Pre-Inspections in the First Half
  - Conducted pre-audit of sole-source contracts in the first half (229 cases) : 23 cases
    returned
  - Inspected the internal subcontract transaction system and contract documents (March)
  - Investigation of complaints/civil petitions (4 cases)
○  Compliance Council Meetings
  - Held Fair Trade Practice Leader Meetings (2 sessions: Mar and June.)
○ Risk Assessment and Effectiveness Evaluation
  - onducted risk assessment by department for the first half (8 departments rated as “High” 
    risk in Q1)
  - Conducted effectiveness evaluation to assess employees’CP awareness and understanding
○ Incentives for Outstanding CP Participants (e-coupons)
 - Provided incentives to top participants in the monthly fair trade quiz (15 people), 
   satisfaction survey (10 people), and employees selected by lottery among perfect scorers in
   the first-half understanding assessment (20 people)
 
○ Participation in the 2026 Group CP Activities led by POSCO Holdings
  - Presented best practices at the 2026 Fair Trade CP Rating Evaluation Benchmarking Workshop
    (1.27.)  
 - Attended the 2026 Visiting Chief Compliance Officer CP Meeting (4.15.)
○ Amendments to Fair Trade CP-Related Regulations (1 amendment in the first half)

  - Hold Fair Trade Practice Leader Meetings 2 times(July ~ August / November)
○  Operation of Fair Trade Self-Checklists
  - Operate self-checklists for the Fair Trade Act and the Subcontracting Act (2 times: July 
    / December)  
○ Awards for Outstanding CP Participants
  - Awards for outstanding employees in fair trade compliance activities (July: 4 people / 
    November: 4 people)  
  - Awards for outstanding sections in fair trade compliance activities (July: 1 section /
